Keeping you happy is our number one priority. We do our best to provide you perfect cigars in perfect condition as quickly as possible. Shipments are inspected and double checked by our shipping staff for accuracy and quality. We guarantee that you will receive your order in excellent condition.

We ask that you inspect your cigars carefully upon receipt. If you believe that your shipment has arrived in damaged or defective condition please contact our customer service department immediately (within 10 day of receipt) to arrange exchange, credit or a refund. Keep all packaging and merchandise and contact our customer service department at 760-803-3023, or email customerservice@yumacigars.com. The customer service representative will ask you for the reason for your return, and issue you an RMA number.

Return Process

 if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to our warehouse within 15 days of receipt of your order for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund. Before returning the item, please contact Customer Service or call 760-803-3023 and let us know what and why you are returning the item, and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be issued. It is important that you make note of this number to include with any returns. 

Non-Tobacco Products: If you are not 100% satisfied with any non-tobacco product that you purchased from YumaCigars.com you may return it in original condition within 15 days of purchase for full credit or refund.

Cigars: If you are not 100% satisfied with any cigars that you purchase from YumaCigars.com after you have tried one (1) you may return them within 30 days for full credit or full refund. If you try more than one (1) cigar and you decide that they are not to your liking and return them, you will receive credit or refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping costs. Returns accepted only with original Cellophane Wrapper intact.

Free Promotional Items: All defective free/promotional items must be returned by customer at customer cost. Replacement will be issued when it is received by YumaCigars.com.

If you fail to return merchandise within the given timeframe or without an RMA#, we may deny credit or issue a 15% re-stocking fee.

We may amend our return policy based on extenuating circumstance.
